Resellers in the Johannesburg and Pretoria area can request to have warranty items collected from them.

Resellers in the rest of SA must please return items with the Post Office counter-to-counter service. For larger parcels rather use normal post and not Speed Services

Please include a fault report. Goods will not be sent back to suppliers without a fault report

Please note that it takes up to a week when we receive your item/s at the supplier depending on what needs to be done. If the supplier cannot fix the item they need to do a swop out and that could take some time. We will update you in the case of this.
