Registered Resellers can be RICA agents.

What is RICA? Its a new law that requires Prepaid and Contract cellphone users to register their ID numbers and physical addresses with the Cellphone networks.
Because networks already have these details with contract customers, the law mostly have implications for prepaid users.

If you own a prepaid cell number, then you will need to register your details before the cut-off time or your simcard will be de-activated.
If you buy a new starterpack, you wont be able to activate it before you have done the RICA registration.

What does it mean to be a RICA agent?
As an agent you will have access to the online system in-order to submit RICA details. Here you can submit RICA information for Vodacom, CellC, MTN and Virgin Mobile.
This means that current prepaid cellphone users can do their RICA registration with you.
You will also be able to sell new starterpacks and activate them immediately with your RICA code

Please note that you do not receive commission when doing RICA registration for a client. You only earn on-going commission on the recharges of the new starterpacks that you sell.

Requirements:

You need to send us your own RICA docs. ID & Proof of residence

You need to order at least your first 100 starterpacks from us to become a RICA agent
