We only invoice you for courier once your parcel has been delivered.

Please also note that the volume of the package gets converted to a value that is then compared to the actual weight. The cost of the package is then calculated on the higher one of the two.

Client Delivery 

We can have your order delivered directly to your client

- just include the delivery address in your email when you place the order

- we wont send your invoice with the delivery, but we will email it to you 

Warranty returns

If you have a faulty item, you need to send it back to us. The most cost effective way is:

Post Office: Counter-to-counter

We will then return the item to the supplier and send the repaired or new item back to you.

Standard courier rates apply to send warranty items back to you, alternatively we can send it with your next order to save costs.
